1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the a999 bat platform and all related services. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

a999 bat reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to access the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on a999 bat and take part in any casino or betting activity, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Registration by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. a999 bat may request supporting documents to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating more than one account for the same person is explicitly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

Mobile number and email address must be active
A national ID card or passport must be provided if requested for identity verification

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. No third party may be allowed to access your account. If you believe unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify the a999 bat support team immediately.

The account holder bears responsibility for all activity carried out through the account, whether authorized or not, unless a999 bat has been notified in a timely manner.

Tip: Use a strong password that includes uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid passwords that are easy to guess.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted on a999 bat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these amounts cannot be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or other reasons. a999 bat may request further information to verify any withdrawal request if needed.

4.4 Transaction Conditions

Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name
Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited
If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for investigation
Cryptocurrency or any other digital assets are not currently accepted

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

a999 bat offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That is, before withdrawing anything from the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a bonus of ৳1,500. Your total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be shown alongside the offer
Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and cannot be given to third parties
a999 bat reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time
Bonuses claimed without a bonus code cannot be added after the fact
Bonuses will be forfeited in the event of fraudulent activity or a breach of bonus terms

5.3 VIP Cashback

The a999 bat VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for that week. Example for a Gold member: if the net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a999 bat platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

Creating or operating two or more accounts
Placing artificial bets or abusing bonuses for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements
Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to gain an advantage
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose
Attempting to access other users' accounts or use their identity
Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
Behaving in a threatening or abusive manner toward other users or staff

Warning: If evidence of any of the above violations is found, a999 bat reserves the right to close the account without prior notice, and legal action may be taken where applicable.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

a999 bat gives the highest priority to the protection of your personal information. Information collected at registration and thereafter is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and meeting regulatory obligations.

8. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Technical Errors

If an abnormal outcome occurs due to a technical error or software malfunction, a999 bat reserves the right to void that outcome. In such cases there will be no obligation to pay out any amount won, and the deposited amount will be returned.

9.2 Filing a Dispute

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction or outcome, you must notify the a999 bat support team within 72 hours of the event. Support is available 24 hours a day via live chat and email. Disputes submitted after the specified period may not be considered.

9.3 Final Decision

10. Service Suspension and Termination

a999 bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

In the event of a breach of any provision of these Terms
If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
If the user does not cooperate with identity verification
If it becomes necessary to cease platform operations at its own discretion

If an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, any valid balance will be returned subject to verification. Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

a999 bat will not be liable for any loss arising from the following:

A game or betting session being interrupted due to loss of internet connection
Loss caused by problems with the user's own device or software
Technical issues caused by third-party game providers
The service being temporarily unavailable due to unplanned maintenance or upgrades
Any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms

Important Notice: Participating in gaming carries a risk of financial loss. a999 bat makes no guarantee of any specific winnings, and participation in gambling is entirely at the user's own risk.

12. Changes to Terms and Enforceability

These Terms may be changed at any time. For significant changes, a999 bat will attempt to notify users via their registered email or platform notifications. However, continuing to use the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and all remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the user and a999 bat and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
